New clients must have, at minimum, have completed an Intro Day with us before booking a pet sitting with a PAWS Pro.
The Intro Day is a free trial day of daycare to see if we are a good fit for you and your dog.

The Intro Day and your first pet sitting night cannot be the same day.

Our Pet sitting service is designed to keep your dog comfortable and happy while you're away, by maintaining their routine and providing them with the best possible care.
During the day, your dog will continue to attend our daycare and experience everything it has to offer. They'll go on pack walks, as well as tons of attention and socialization throughout the day.
At the end of the day, they'll be picked up by one of our specially trained and trusted pet sitters and go home with them for the night.

Terms & Conditions
Please read the following carefully- Must have completed an Intro Day
- Intro Day availability is limited. Please give yourself sufficient time to ensure the prerequisites are completed before your vacation
- In the case of multi dog households, this applies to each and every dog
- Behavioural cases or special needs may incur extra charges
- Behavioural cases or special needs may require a paid trial night prior to your actual extended stay to determine pet sitting suitability
- There will be a $10/night/dog surcharge on statutory Holidays, Valentine's Day, Spring Break (March 15 to April 15), Summer Break (July and August), Christmas Break (December to first week of January) aka Peak Dates/Periods
- 25% deposit required at the time of booking
- Deposits are non-refundable during the Peak Periods
- Final payment due 7 business days prior to Start Date
- Booking fees are refundable minus any non-refundable deposits and $50 administration fee up to 48 hours of Start Date
- Booking fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of Start Date
- Day of daycare on Drop Off day is included
- Weekday Drop Off: Please drop off by 10am @ the daycare
- Weekend Drop Off: Your pet sitter will coordinate a drop off time at your pet sitter's location by 10am
- Weekday Pick Up: You must check out by 10am. Pick ups after 10am on weekdays will incur a regular day of daycare
- Weekend Pick Up: Your pet sitter will coordinate a pick up time before 10am at your pet sitter's location
- Pick ups after 7pm on weekdays and 10am on the weekend/stat holidays will incur an additional night's charge. No exceptions
- Shuttle service extra and depends on availability
