8 Weeks to a Calmer Groom
Sessions are held on consecutive Mondays. If your dog needs more time, we extend to a maximum of 10 weeks at no additional charge.
Assessment. Initial behavioral assessment and begin dog-groomer bonding process.
Relationship & Desensitization. Continual relationship building and gradual desensitization of grooming methods.
Reinforcement. Additional sessions to reinforce a positive grooming experience.
Full Groom. Full grooming sessions tailored to your dog's comfort level.

How much does reactive dog grooming cost?
The reactive dog grooming program at PAWS starts at $650 plus GST. The fee may change depending on behavioral severity, breed/size, and desired grooming results. Payment is due in full for the first session. There are no extra charges if the program extends to the maximum 10 weeks.
How long is the reactive dog grooming program?

What day is the reactive dog program available?
Sessions are held on Mondays only. We are unable to make accommodations for other days of the week.
Will my dog be okay with other groomers after this program?
We cannot guarantee that your dog will tolerate other groomers outside of PAWS. Every grooming environment is different, and behavioral improvements may not transfer to other settings. Our goal is to give your dog a positive grooming experience here at PAWS.
