Please read the following carefully- Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
- A signed waiver is required prior to participation.
- Please arrive on time; late arrivals may miss key material or certification eligibility.
- Do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to a contagious illness.
- The instructor reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive.
- Dogs are allowed by prior management approval only.
- Space for dogs is limited and not guaranteed.
- All dogs must be leashed, vaccinated, and well-behaved.
- Owners are responsible for their dog's behavior and cleanup.
- Disruptive or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave without refund.
- Full payment is required to reserve your spot.
- Cancel at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.
- No-shows or cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
- If we cancel the course, a full refund or credit will be offered.
- Certification requires full attendance and successful completion of all required skills.
- Certificates will be issued within 7 business days of course completion.
- The course may be photographed or recorded for promotional use.
- By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you opt out in writing before the course.
- Participation involves physical activity and is at your own risk.
- We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the course.
- All participants are expected to act respectfully and inclusively.
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
